I recently teamed up with Levi's for GQ's Fall Style Field Guide. "Fall" is a loosely used term here in LA, the summer never really ends. Regardless of the weather, I'm almost always in a pair of jeans and the Levi 501 CT's are a twist on a old classic. I don't know about you, but i've had it with skinny jeans--they are SO CONSTRICTING. The Levi 501 CT's are loose and comfortable but don't sacrifice style and shape.

If you follow me on instagram, you know that i've been bopping around the country for work lately. As glossy as everything looks on the gram--traveling has been really stressful for me because I'm never properly organized.
After a slew of chaotic TSA screenings, I took the plunge and invested in a proper messenger bag from Fossil to house all my electronic goods for my upcoming trip to Croatia. I went with this particular bag because it was practical, but still very sleek in style. The rich leather and classic details make it the ideal travel companion for a trans-atlantic adventure and it also fits comfortably under my glamorous seat in Economy class :P
Before my flight, I wanted to squeeze in one last rooftop shoot. Next Stop: Croatia!

I've always described my taste in fashion and music as being very eclectic and uniquely based off my feelings that day. Music and fashion both serve as the ultimate forms of self expression, and there is no denying the influence music has on personal style.
This past Monday, Original Penguin and NYLON Guys graciously extended an invitation to see Tanlines perform at the EchoPlex. In honor of Penguin’s 60th anniversary they outfitted me for the evening. Surprisingly, my father was most impressed by this gesture. Penguin had been a closet staple for his father and he was blown away that several generations later, his 25 year old son was wearing full look.
Needless to say, the evening was one for the books. The energy at the EchoPlex was magnetic and nothing beats a live show in your hometown. If you’ve been living under a rock with no wifi connection, I highly encourage you to google Tanlines and give them a listen!
