MADISON MEN'S SHOP

I had the opportunity to work with Madison Men's Shop last week and i'm so excited to show you guys the first of two looks I put together from their store.

There is a really scary epidemic happening in men's retail right now and Madison Men's Shop is the savior i've been searching for. Stores are no longer taking chances on what they buy, they merely stock their stores with the same 10 brands every other store carries. The over saturation leaves zero room for creativity in men's fashion and leaves everyone looking the same.

When I walked into Madison Men's for the first time--it was like I could breath again. FINALLY i'm discovering new brands in a store that are cool and unique without being overly trend driven. Their selection is so finely curated it's impossible not to find something that speaks to you.

In this first installment, I decided to go for my signature all black. I'm still dreaming about the leather Schott Moto Jacket--I don't even have words to describe what that baby felt like on. I paired the jacket with an easy crew neck and spiced it up with some waxed Acne Jeans.

Are you guys into this look?

I thought i'd give you guys a break from my face for a second and introduce you to Robert Terrazas. He's the man responsible for making all the blogger magic happen on my blog! Ironically enough, I met Robert downtown at the Standard Hotel and we've been good friends since.

I thought it would be fun to switch it up and have him be the blogger for the day. Um,  can you say natural ?! I wonder if he'll join the dark side and start blogging?

Check out his website www.robertterrazas.com

CREATURE OF COMFORT

by gregory davalos

I've always been a creature of the night, so naturally mornings are really rough for me--especially Mondays. Typically, when I wake up I have zero desire to get ready--I don't feel inspired first thing in the morning ( I feel like i need a coffee or i'm going to stop breathing.) This is where investing in some good lounge wear becomes very handy.

Just because I'm not a morning person doesn't mean I should go the rest of the day looking like shit. You can be comfortable and fashion forward. These Velvet Men sweats are super comfortable and have a unique design which makes them a little edgier and appropriate for out-of-house wear. I paired them with an easy crew neck and threw some high tops on to complete the look. This outfit is easy, comfortable but doesn't sacrifice style.
